Srinagar is the largest city and the summer capital of the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. It lies in the Kashmir Valley on the banks of the Jhelum River, a tributary of the Indus, and Dal and Anchar lakes.

Day 1: Arrival Delhi / Srinagar / Gulmarg:

Arrival Delhi by TK Flight at 0400 hrs. and connect the flight to Srinagar. (SG-851 – Dep at 0815 hrs. / Arr at 1025 hrs.)
Assistance on arrival at the airport. After arrival board the cars and straightway drive to Gulmarg . Check in Hotel. Overnight.

Day 2 to Day 5 : Gulmarg

Gulmarg. Every day after breakfast walk towards the slopes for ski till lunch in hotel. After some rest resume skiing (optional) Overnight.

Day 6: Gulmarg / Srinagar

After breakfast drive to Srinagar and check in dlx houseboat. Get fresh and visit Mughal Gardens and enjoy boat ride on Dal Lake. Late evening return to houseboat for dinner and stay overnight on houseboat.

Day 7: Gulmarg / Srinagar

After breakfast leave for a full day excursion to Pahalgam, the valley of shephards. Enroute see famous saffron fields of Pampore and ruins of ancient temple of Avantiswami dating back to 11th Century A.D. at Avantipore village which was once the capital city of Kashmir. On the way to Anantnaag, see famous sulphur springs which turn luke warm during winter. The waters of these springs have strong curative properties. The magnificient temple of Martand is just 26 kms from the main market of Anantnaag on the way to Pahalgam valley. At Aishmuqam see the pagoda type shrine of one of the greatest saints of Kashmir built on the spur of a hill. By evening return to Srinagar for dinner and overnight stay on  the houseboat

Day 8: Srinagar/ Delhi

(IT 3302 – Dep at 1245 hrs. / Arr at 1400 hrs.) Morning free till departure for airport. Assistance on arrival and transferred to hotel. Day at leisure. Overnight at Hotel

Day 9: Delhi

Morning sightseeing tour of Old Delhi – It was built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan on the banks of river Yamuna in the early 17th century and was the capital of the Mughal kingdom, Red Fort Continue to Jama Masjid, the largest mosque in India and the last great architectural work of the great Mughal builder. Walk through the dense network of narrow alleys of Chandni Chowk – the shopping centre of Old Delhi. Finally visit the cremation sites of Mahatma Gandhi – the father of the Nation and Jawahar Lal Nehru – first Prime Minister of the Independent India, which are now parks dedicated to their memory. Afternoon sightseeing tour of New Delhi – Also known as the Lutyen’s Delhi, it was the capital of the British Empire and is a contrast to Old Delhi. Some important sights that come under the area of New Delhi include Qutub Minar – the tallest stone tower in India built in 1199; India Gate – the War Memorial Arch. Drive past the President’s Estate and Parliament buildings, through Diplomatic Enclave and Connaught Place, main commercial centre of Delhi. Overnight.

Day 10: Depart Delhi

Transfer to International airport to connect the flight to onward destination.
